They try together to be better, to ”reach the sky”. It’s about links. And yes, they are not the same persons, don’t even speak the same language. Babel curse? Forget it! They will do better no matter what. And, they have Fika. Kaaos Kaamos explores the tension between ”be yourself” and ”be together”. Six strong characters in a quest for a common language, the body; a common ritual, the food; a common symbol, magnesium.
The company
Kaaos Kaamos is a group of acrobats with different backgrounds, who came together after their circus educations in France, Finland, Sweden and Belgium.
Their strength is their diversity: they are six different people with six different languages, and the performance is the fusion of their ideas. Furthermore, they share the same circus discipline, and as they write: ”Together we can do so much more than either one of us could before.” They have been working on this show for just over a year and we will premiere this autumn.
