Through circus balance, trust, and humor, the artists invites the audience to be part of the performance. If we all share the weight, can even stones become light?
In La Piedra de Madera (the wooden stone in Spanish) stones are carried and balanced in a shared circus-experience, where children, youth, adults, and the elderly meet and collaborate. Through play, humor, and balance, the audience is brought together and creates the performance together with the artists. Maybe we can make stones dance? And if everyone joins in, perhaps even stones can become easy to carry.
