Tickets and Age Limit

Where do I book my tickets?

You can book tickets for our current performances here.

Do I need a paper ticket?

Both physical and e-tickets shown on your mobile device are accepted.

Can I buy tickets on-site?

Hangaren is our only venue where you can buy a ticket in the venue and only with card. We recommend you to book your tickets in advance. Please book your tickets here.

Can I change seats or reschedule my ticket for another performance?

It’s usually possible to make changes to bookings, but we can’t guarantee it. If the show is fully booked, changes may not be possible. Contact us at biljetter@subtopia.se, and we’ll see how we can assist you.

Do you offer discounted tickets for seniors, children, and students?

For some performances, we offer tickets at a reduced price for seniors, children up to 18 years, and students.

If tickets are sold out for the date I want to attend, is there a waiting list?

No, we do not have a waiting list.

What should I do if I get sick and cannot attend?

Ticket purchases are binding and cannot be canceled or changed. However, you can always contact us with questions at biljetter@subtopia.se.

Do you have age restrictions for your performances?

Yes, we have recommended age limits for most of our performances. The recommended age is specified in the event details.


Accessibility, Wardrobe, Service

Do you have wheelchair spaces?

Yes, wheelchair spaces can be booked via biljetter@subtopia.se

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, the entrance, foyer, toilets, and auditorium are on the ground floor. The entrance doors are wide. There is accessible toilettes in Hangaren and Loftet. There are parking spaces for people with disabilities.

Is there a wardrobe?

You will always a place for your jacket and bag, but our wardrobes are unmanned.

Is there a changing table?

Yes, in our venues Hangaren and Loftet.

Do you have catering services?

We usually have a cafe and/or bar with a varied selection in our venue Hangaren. Information and the menu can be found in the event details.

When does the foyer open?

For our venue Hangaren the foyer opens 60 minutes before the performance. The time might vary for the other venues.

By Public Transport

Subway
Red line towards Norsborg, stop at Alby. Go right outside the barriers towards Alby Square. Then turn left and follow the walkway straight for about 20 minutes to Hangaren or 15 minutes to our other venues.

Bus
Line 708 from Tumba, stop at Alby IP.

Driving Directions

Take E4/E20, south from Stockholm City, north from Södertälje. Exit right at Alby/Tumba, head towards Alby. Follow Albyvägen Hangaren. If you are going to visit our other venues follow Albyvägen to Rotemannavägen.

Parking

Hangaren

Parking is available opposite Hangaren, on the other side of Albyvägen. There are about 70 spaces, and a parking disc is valid for 4 hours. If this parking is full use the parkinglot at Rotemannavägen (see below). Three parking spaces for people with disabilities are available next to the venue. Here is a map of parking spaces in the area.

Our other venues

There is paid parking at the intersection of Albyvägen/Rotemannavägen, about 5 minutes from the venue. Payment is only via app. There are parking spaces for people with disabilities close to the venue Loftet on Rotemannavägen 26. Here is a map of parking spaces in the area.
