Restaurang Novié is a family-owned business with two decades in the industry and a background from Stinsen and Tumbabruk here in Botkyrka, among others. Here, genuine food craftsmanship is at the center. With a focus on carefully selected ingredients and flavors that follow the season, well-prepared food is served for both large and small groups.
Lunch is served weekdays between 11:00-14:00 and you will find the restaurant on the entrance floor of our main building. There is always vegetarian food on the menu.

Roasted Chickpeas & Zucchini (Veg): Salad with roasted chickpeas, planed zucchini, cucumber, corn, red onion and avocado. Served with hummus and classic French vinaigrette
