On April 25 the handbook on how to open and maintain an open graffiti wall will be out and while we’re at it we will take the chance to celebrate that the zero tolerance, which previously applied to graffiti, has been abolished! The handbook will share how and why we should work to support the art forms graffiti and street art. What opportunities are there today and what consequences will open walls have to the culture and democracy in our society?
