Klumpology
Klump has developed a method specifically for coaching people who develop ideas within cultural and creative industries as well as social entrepreneurs. We call the method Klumpology.
We do not assess the business ideas that come to us, instead the method is based on the entrepreneur’s own passion and competence. The coaching gives the contractor tools to understand his or her offer, who needs the offer and how this is to be communicated. This lowers the threshold for ideas that do not fit into the template, and it guarantees innovation. The method has also proved to work well on social innovations since they often share the driving forces of cultural innovations.
